On WhatsApp, include your question and the page you are referring to. Please use email for corrections that include attachments or long source links, and put a clear subject line so your message reaches the right person first time.
What to include
For a correction, tell us the exact page and the sentence you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one. For a story tip, tell us what happened, where and when, and how we can verify it.
The more context you give, the faster we can help. We read everything, even when we cannot reply to each message personally.

We are a small, remote team, so email and WhatsApp are the surest channels. If you are pitching a story or offering an interview, include the key details up front and we will get back to you.
