ABOUT US
Learn who is behind Chauncey Apuzzi, our editorial mission and the standards we hold. See how we report the news and how to reach our team with a question.
Who we are
Chauncey Apuzzi is an independent news publication built for readers who want context, not noise. We cover public affairs, global trends, regional reports, social issues and media coverage with one goal: turn complicated stories into clear, useful information.
We are not a political party, a lobby group or a sponsored newsfeed. We fund the site through ordinary display advertising and reader support, and we never sell a verdict. If a claim does not hold up, we say so plainly.
Our mission
News has become genuinely noisy. Alerts arrive before facts are checked, headlines are written for clicks, and every outlet promises the same authority. Our mission is to cut through that noise with reporting, context and honest sourcing.
Every article on Chauncey Apuzzi is written to be finished, not skimmed. If you arrive with a question about a budget, a policy or a headline you saw this morning, you should leave with a clearer understanding you can use that day.
Editorial standards
We research every article against primary documents, official data and first-hand reporting. When we cite a figure we link to the source. When we give an opinion, we label it as one.
Corrections matter more than pride. If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change. Sponsored or affiliate content, where it appears at all, is clearly labelled and never influences our judgement.
The team
The team is a small group of reporters and editors who have covered local councils, national budgets, global trade and social policy. Between us we have worked in newsrooms, on the ground and behind a spreadsheet.
That mix is deliberate. A good story needs someone who has read the document and someone who has spoken to the people living with the decision.
Talk to us
Questions, corrections and story tips are always welcome. Email Contact us or message us on WhatsApp at +62 851-1160-5110 and we aim to reply within one business day.
We read everything, even when we cannot answer every message individually. If you spot an error, tell us the page and the mistake and we will investigate.
Sources, corrections and related pages
Chauncey Apuzzi holds itself to the same standards across every page. Our About Us page explains how we report and write, and our Contact Us page is the fastest way to send a correction or ask a question. Where a claim depends on official figures we point to the source, such as public budget documents, court records or official statistics, so you can verify the numbers yourself. We review every page against primary records and update it when facts or rules change. If something here is unclear, out of date or simply wrong, tell us and we will fix it, because a policy that no one can act on helps no one.
